It's not a breaker (that will switch off if the need of electricity is over the limit) but a "différentiel" which switch off when there is a loss of 30mA on the alimentation.
Thus, the différentiel will work. But I'm not an electrician
And put it near the installation. In the control box is better for me.

Actually this is a breaker differential so it does both protection against overload and current lost. By the way the differential is useless if you plug it behind the one you already have in your house Board for all the wet zone (kitchen, bathroom,...)
Here it seems that it’s plugged right behind the main breaker so before the differential what seems the good way to make it.

Hahaha!!!! I used to use propane, but with my bigger batches i can't get it to boil, i would need more BTU's.

For the breaker and the différentiel I always prefer to have them directly in the box. It's more secure in any place where I brew

Yes it is used from main box into the garage. The question I have is in the states we use GFCI breakers for any wet zones that trip at 5 or 6mA depending on your state. But over here I have not found any RCD or differentiels that go less than 30mA. Is that safe? I thought in Europe it can go down to 10mA.

In Belgium we only use 30 mA for wet zones,
But checks your grounding system !

Anyway, all that electricity thing is way too complicated for me, I can't help, sorry.
But be sure not to burn your new house... Your wife would probably get upset.
(and from what I understood the idea of grabbing a nice homebrew wouldn't cheer her up. )
