Avec un peu plus de 8% de froment, j'imagine au-dessus de 1.010 ?

C'est mieux en ajoutant du sucre.

Et on ne met que du Columbus pendant la brassage ?
Il n'était pas question d'un Hop stand ou autre ?

Sinon, en regardant vite fait, ça me semble bien !
