Jockey Box Build

Hey guys,
I wanted to put up a few pictures of a recent Jockey Box build that I completed. I haven't seen many of these is Europe so far, but they are fairly common in the US.

The build consists of a ~48L Cooler, with two 50' (15m) 5/16" ID Stainless Steel coils. Simply attach your beer lines to the hose barbs on the side of the cooler, connect CO2 to your keg, adjust serving pressure to compensate for the extra resistance given by the coils (serving pressure = 1.4 bar), fill with ice, and serve cold beer, anywhere.

Never seen it in Belgium but it's great indeed.

Based off of cylinder volume calculations, total approximate beer volume inside the coils is 0.75L.

Also, I used 8kg of ice, and it stayed in the cooler for 3 full days
